Stakeholders are a key element of a company’s CSR, with their interests forming the major focus. Thus, it is important to ensure clear and detailed understanding of stakeholders’ positions and effective two-way communication.

To that end, EmCo offers the following tools:

  • Ongoing dialogue with stakeholders (activities aimed at direct communication and identification of stakeholders’ positions on specific matters)
  • Stakeholder mapping (a detailed description of the company’s stakeholders)
  • Targeted work with groups of stakeholders, e.g. local communities, under dedicated programmes
  • Identification of material aspects to be disclosed in reports (aspects of the company’s operations that are priorities to stakeholders)
